Daz DeBoer	cbebff71e9	Allow action to handle cache errors ... This commit reverts the change in v3.0.0 of @actions/cache, that causes cache errors to be logged and swallowed. By allowing these errors to propogate, the action can take appropriate action and provide useful error messages. Fixes #407	2022-08-16 15:18:43 -06:00
